  • Do I need an appointment?
    Yes. Before visiting our gown studio. We ask that you would make an appointment so that we can ensure you are given the support you need to find your dress.
  • What sizes do you offer?
    Our dress samples range from a size 6-24. We will order your wedding gown based on your personal measurements. In some cases we are able to order up to a size 32. We also aren't limitied in sizing when you are ordering a customized gown.
  • When should I start dress shopping?
    Our recommendation is that you start shopping 9-12 months in advance for your wedding dress. Some designers take 6-8 months to order a dress so it is important that we have time to order your dream gown and have time to make any alterations to the dress.
  • How many people can I bring to my appointment?
    We offer many appointments to fit your specific bridal experience. Each appointment has listed how many guest that you are allowed to have. Up to 10 guest maximum.
  • What is made to order?
    Once you have found your dream dress, the professionals at our wedding dress shop in will take your measurements to determine what size you would like to order. The consultant will review the size chart with you so that you can discuss what size would work best for you. The dress will be made to that specific size but alterations will usually be needed. The price of alterations is not included in the price of the gown.
  • Do you offer cusom gowns?
    Yes we do. It's our specialty!
  • What should I bring to my appointment?
    You should bring proper undergarments, shoes, and a fun attitude. We can handle the rest.
  • Do you have in -house seamstresses and alterations?
    Yes we do have in-house seamstresses for your alteration needs. Alterations are not included in your gown purchase price.
  • Do you offer gown and veil steaming services?
    Absolutely! Gown steaming is $75 and veil steaming is $25. We are only able to steam gowns and veils purchased at Sweet Magnolia's Bridal . Please give us a call to schedule! We need 48 hours before your wedding to make them perfect!
  • Do you offer payment options?
    Yes! We understand that this can be a big purchase. We do offer good-faith payment options to you and your bridal party.
  • How does payment work for my wedding dress?
    We accept all forms of payment (cash and credit card). We request that you pay for your wedding gown in full at the time of purchase. If you prefer to leave only a deposit, a 60% deposit is required to order your wedding gown and the remainder is due 90 days after you place your order or 30 days prior to shipment. Please look at your invoice. Once you have been notified that your final balance is due you will have 10 days to pay your final balance. If the balance isn't paied within that time peirod the client will be charged an additional 2.5% daily interest rate added to the final balance due. Wedding dresses sold off-the-rack or less than 30 days of arrival, will need to be paid for in full.
  • What happens when my gown is ready?
    When you're gown is ready for pickup you will need to schedule an appointment for pickup. You will have 10 days after notificatoin to pick up your gown, after that there will be a daily holding fee of $5.00 that you will be responsible for at the time of pickup.
  • Are alterations included in the gown price?
    Unfortunately, alterations are not included in your gown price.
  • Returns & Exchanges
    Our store has a no-return and no-exchange policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a gown is ordered and deposits are made you are responsible for the final payment of your gown as agreed upon, in your invoice.
